Shipping:
We ship from Sydney, Australia to virtually any address in the world.
For shipping within Australia we use Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please. Each of these carriers has different levels of service into certain areas, however the cheapest service options will be shown to you.
For shipping outside Australia, we only use Australia Post International services.
The prices displayed on the product pages do not include international customs duties or fees. These taxes and fees will be applied to your order on the checkout page once you've entered your full shipping address. We then pay all the duties on your behalf, so there should be nothing else to pay at your end. All international orders also incur a 3.5% cross-border payment fee.
In the shopping cart and on the checkout page, shipping quote options and a delivery estimate will be provided once you enter your shipping address. You must complete all shipping fields before a shipping quote will appear.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are cubic weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilo (kg).
Returns Policy:
You may return a product if you change your mind. A claim must be placed with us within 7 days of delivery. We require the product to be returned in it's original packaging for a full refund (excluding the initial shipping charge).
Our acrylic feeders are hand made, therefore products with manufacturing faults or not of reasonable standard can be returned. First, a claim must be lodged with us and if appoved the item may be returned. Once we receive the item back we will conduct an assessment, and if the item is indeed faulty we will reimburse the return shipping costs. We may offer a store credit or a replacement for faulty items. The initial freight cost for the purchase will not be refunded. This is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Guarantees Act.
A refund cannot be offered for a product if it is damaged through misuse. This includes but is not limited to: dropping the item, placing the item in a dishwasher or microwave, using hard soaps or abrasive materials to clean the item, or accidental damage by the animal/consumer.
You should expect to receive your refund within two (2) weeks of lodging your package with the return shipper. This period includes the transit time it takes to arrive back at our warehouse (3-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (1-2 business days) and the time it takes your bank or other payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, AfterPay etc.) to process your refund (2-3 business days).
